Question Does the hyperx fury 2x8gb ddr4 3200 cl18 need to be overclocked to reach 3200?

Sorry if this is obvious, I am not a tech guy, just that when I bought the memory the salesperson told me that and I would like to know if thats true. Thanks

You just need to turn XMP or D.O.C.P (ASUS Motherboards) in BIOS and everything will be set up automatically, frequency, timings and voltages. If the memory is designed to run at that speed, you have nothing to worry about.
