Does the i5 2400 bottleneck the EVGA GTX 970 FTW+? Also I will play on FPS like battlefront and battlefield and tom Clancy rainbow siege

I have an i5 2400, Asus p8h77m/csm motherboard, 16gb Gskill RAM 1333, EVGA 970 FTW+, EVGA 600 watt psu and a Seagate 1Tb hard drive. I play BF4, Titanfall, Need for Speed Rivals, Call of Duty Ghost, Metal of Honor Warfighter, And Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon to name a few of my games. I get between 80 to 125 fps in all these games on ultra settings. So I don'tsee any bottleneck issues with my i5 2400 and EVGA 970 FTW+. Hope this helps.
