does the intel Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core come with a heatsink and cooler?

i was wondering if it came with a heatsink and cooler and if i need to buy thermal paste, also tell me what you think of this case, NZXT Phantom 410 Mid tower - No power supply

Hello... a Retail "Boxed' CPU the Thermal Paste is included and Pre applied to the Cooler.

It comes with the stock intel cooler (with pre applied paste) in the box with the *retail* processor. This cooler will be fine for that processor, though it can get slightly loud at times.
Solid case, not my choice, but its alright.

The paste is also more like a wax that melts once you run your CPU awhile. when you order a cpu many times it will say retail or tray. Tray is just the CPU and retail is everything you need.
