Does the IPISB-CU (Carmel2) motherboard have a USB 3.0 slot?

So I have recently moved all the parts from my old computer (HP Pavilion P6-2170A) into a Corsair Carbide 200R. After plugging everything in, the motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 pin slot available. The computer will not boot without it I assume, with the only response from the PC being the power button's LED.

I am currently using a Cougar RS 650W PSU and a GTX 660.

I'm defenitly sure that you can boot up anyway without a 3.0 usb slot plugged in. Have you tested. Nothing can go wrong.

I try starting the PC and I get no response. Plugging in the power and switching everything on all I get is the power button's light. Pressing said button does nothing.

Is all power switch turned right. Some power switch cables need to have - on - and + on +. You maby have set the led cable right but not the power cable.

Yes. It was turned right the first time, nothing. I tried turning it the other way too, still nothing.
