Does the Kraken X42 have thermal paste pre applied And will it fit with my case and 120mm fan (I'm putting them both on the top(120mm fan and CPU cooler radiator are going to be in the top))

Yes it comes pre-applied.

Given that the case can accept a push pull for the unit,

and accepts an H110i GTX

it should fit without any issues.

You might have a problem because the x42 is actually a little larger than 140mm and comes with a 140mm fan and does not fit a 120mm.
