Welcome to the forums!

No. Your monitor has it's own power supply altogether. Only your PC and the components installed inside utilizes the PSU that's installed. (CPU/GPU/Fans/RGB that sorta thing)

Yes, it will slightly raise your homes power bill as it's drawing power from the outlet.

Please list out what you are looking at buying. :)
