Does the motherboard come with info on installing an os?

In the PC i'm getting i'll have a MSI 760GM-P23 Motherboard. One thing that's worrying me is whether or not the motherboard instruction manual contains any info on installing the os. Please give me any information you may know!

Just boot into the windows install disk. The F8 or F12 key, depending on the manufacturer, opens the boot manager when booting up. Select the drive with Windows boot disk in it and follow the instructions.

EDIT:
Some MB's will boot into the disk drive without the "F" key option.

No, the motherboard won't come with instructions to install the OS because they don't know what OS you are going to install.

The OS you install will have its own instructions. Most OS's these days are pretty simple - insert the installation media and follow the displayed instructions.

The Motherboard doesn't know what OS you want to install, that's your decision and your job.

Legally obtained OS however will come with their installation instructions.
