I've been looking through amazon, newegg, ncix, and tiger direct religiously in the hope that the gtx 970 4g would be in stock but never is. I've got auto notifications on from newegg and ncix but when I get the email / text to go buy one, website claims they're out of stock. I began using nowinstock.net as well to help me jump on one as soon as it's available. This card is the last piece I need for my build so I was wondering if there's a secret retailer I'm missing. Thanks guys!

Hi,
I had the same problem. I got one though.

What I did was checked every few hours, but make use of the Control + F5 keys.

This is how I got one.
I kept using Control + F5 on my keyboard and the "Add to cart" button popped up.

Control + F5 downloads a new copy of the site. Instead of refreshing a cached copy. Normally it should update the right way just using F5, but give it a try.

I did this earlier and the Gigabyte 970 showed up on New Egg.
