Does the MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Armor have bad cooling and loud fans?

I found a good deal on a gtx 1070ti Armor thats cheaper than even 1070s. I was thinking about buying it but upon looking at reviews I noticed that theres mixed opinions. Some say its silent and cools well and others say it gets hot and makes a lot of noise. There isnt any definitive review i can find online. Someone help out please.

Hello. firstly it isn't a significant amount louder than the more expensive gaming x version of the 1070 (which i have so can tell you first hand) aside from that the cards fans don't start spinning until the card hits 50 - 55 degrees making it silent when you'r not gaming. as for thermals, it will be slightly worse than the gaming x as there is less overall cooling mass, but again, the gaming x still stays well under 50 - 60 degrees in heavy gaming for me, so you could expect a couple degrees more on the Armour edition, which is fine as it is completely okay up to 85+ degrees.
