Does the Msi geforce N750TI-2GD5/OCV1 require a power a connector?

I'm looking forward to buy this gpu but I only need to find out if it requires a power connector, and if it can work perfectly on my pc.
My pc is a HP Z200 workstation:
i7 870 @2.93 GHz
12 gb ddr3 ram
320w PSU
current graphic card: Nvidia Quadro 2000

Any help is appreciated and if u have any recommendations please tell me and thx for the support!!!
