Does the new r9 models support OpenCl?

I want to do some 3d rendering with my GPU, and I was wondering if the r9 380 supports OpenCl or if I would need a Firepro for opencl support?

Another quick question: Is it possible to use OpenCl and OpenGl at the same time. If yes, is it nessesary? are they used for the same?
