No. It isn't too heavy. The bracket should ship with current devices. If you don't have you can purchase separately as well (if you already own an older one without the brackets).

But ill need to remove the board fit the bracket then repaste the CPU and heatsink? I havent done that for years, what paste do you recommend? I read that Noctua should post me a bracket for free due to me owning the heatsink already?

Not sure about a free bracket. You can ask.

Arctic silver is a solid choice for the money. Just about any quality thermal compound will do.
