Does the packard bell pew91 have a wbcam

Hello,have had labtop for 6 months though it had builtin webcam but when try to use it message "no webcam found" comes up. anyone help

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

It certainly should have a webcam - I can see one in a photograph for which I Googled. In Control Panel>Device manager, is there a device with a yellow question or exclamation mark beside it, possibly under the sub-heading of Imaging Devices?
