Does the power button of my pc damage it?

Will spamming the power button on my case damage my pc? And does turning of my pc at the middle of boot up damage it?

Spamming it doesn't do anything, holding it longer produces better effect whatever you are trying to do. No, HW will not get damaged but forcefully stopping computer while it's actively doing something may result in corrupted OS and file system.
