I'm not sure what size the pc is since i plan on buying the pc and the gpu together.

not as it is no.
the PSU in the system cannot power the RX and you WILL need a replacement to use any card with an aux power connector.
checking for the case clearance now---
that card looks, the dimensions are right, like it should fit inside the case, I cannot find any pictures of the system open so cannot speak to any obstructions. the size looks right.
