Does the ups protect my pc?

Hello i have a very confusing problem. I have a gaming pc and everything is working just great but i have a question does my ups protect my pc from unstable electricity that is sometime low and sometime high when it gets low the ups switch automatically to battery power for 5 seconds and then switch back to electricity when it gets normal voltage and i hear a click in the ups when it gets high voltage so my question is will my ups protect my pc from unstable electricity and i habe a pce ups 650max with 1200v and 650w it says that it is simultanious sine waves and have surge protection so if you please can you help me i am so afraid that my pc will be damaged if the ups cant protect it and thank you.

UPSs beside providing backup for a short time during black-out also protect your PC against voltage instability and overvoltage spikes, up to certain extend.
