Does the Z97 PC Mate Support SLI?

I actually have a few questions:

- Does the Z97 PC Mate support SLI (GTX 970s 4GB each)

-How good is the Z97 PC Mate with OCing? (i5 4690k)

-What is a good reliable upgrade from the Z97 PC Mate that supports OCing, SLI and has 4+ ram slots?

-Will a Corsair SPEC 01 fit 2 970s? How much wattage would I need?

-And finally, will SLI GTX 970s supprt 2x 2k monitors?

-How good is the Z97 PC Mate with OCing? (i5 4690k) will probably do a mid to low 4ghz OC.

-What is a good reliable upgrade from the Z97 PC Mate that supports OCing, SLI and has 4+ ram slots? I always like the ROG line from asus, I tend to have very good OC's with their boards

-Will a Corsair SPEC 01 fit 2 970s? How much wattage would I need? Not sure on the case but a good 750-800w will do fine for dual 970's

-And finally, will SLI GTX 970s supprt 2x 2k monitors?
