does thermaltake litepower 550w really have short circuit protection?

So I've brought this Powersupply, a thermaltake litepower 550w. I've brought this because I can't find any vs450 and I need a replacement for my broken psu. When I read the back of the box, I read that they have Over Voltage/Over Power/ Short Circuit Protection. Is this true?

Can't really find any confirmation on this but it might have it. However it's a cheap lower end psu which is meant for computers that are meant for generic office tasks, browser,...
