I would change the memory you not going to need anywhere near 32GB for gaming and the speed is not necessary
Intel recommends 1.5 volt memory for their processors, over 8GB of memory for gaming is questionable but since you have to order everything I can see going ahead and getting 16GB.
I would get something more like this either would be a very good choice.

Cheap water cooling is well cheap if it will fit in your PC case I would look at the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO it should perform a bit better and that was part of the lower profile memory change. The artic silver would not be needed what comes with the cooler will work just fine...

For using your old hard drive as long as it is a SATA drive and not IDE it will work but be ready to reinstall your operating system you can't just plug it in from your old PC and expect it to work. This could also require a new operating system license.
For the cables yes your all set.

Thank you for answering,

does the change of ram from 2400mhz to 1866mhz have a large effect?

also I'm not sure about the Cooling, because i have an old Discovery case that i would rather not replace because i want to focus my money on real hardware that affects performance not aesthetics...
How do i know if it fits????

also the PSU, does it have the correct pins for 980ti and Mobo and all that...

The memory speed is going to make 0 difference in gaming performance and is the proper voltage for a Intel processor.
That is a very good power supply and has everything you need.
Then get the CPU cooler you picked the 212 takes a lot of room that's why I said if it will fit in your case.

Do you think it'll fit in here... to be honest after i read the reviews i kinda want it..
I'm using this old case..

thank you for being patient with me, and sorry for taking long to reply, the internet is trippin today...

I've found a good deal for a CM Storm Scout 2 for about 85$... will that case fit every thing in it??

also what do you mean by "you don't have adequate cooling for the parts your adding" do you mean the fans that come with the case???

The CM case will work just fine and is a very good case the Hyper 212 EVO will fit and the center hard drive cage is removable if you need more room for the video card.
By adequate cooling for the parts your adding I seen you did not even have a back fan in your case and the more Watts of power you add the better the air flow needs to be to displace the heat (more Watts = more heat)

OK, I'll get the CM... when i get the parts i might be back to ask about the cooling and the air flow, because i didn't really get that...

but until then.. thank you, and have a good one!

With that case you should have no cooling problems.
