Does these specs run league of legends in high grapics and above 60 fps?

laptop with nVidia GT 840m,
i3 quadcore, and
4GB ram

i3 quad core? I thought all i3's were dual core.
4GB of RAM is most likely not enough. 6GB is better but 8GB would be best.
The GT 840m isn't that great of a card (GTX series is made for high quality gaming), but then again, I don't know anything about League of Legends and it's graphics requirements.

That laptop will run LoL on High with more than 60 FPS. I got a 650 TI (not mobile, a bit stronger than 840m but comparable) and it runs League at 180-200 FPS on Ultra at 1920x1080. The laptop has a smaller screen as well, so that will ease out the performance required for the frames.

Wil run fine, i run LoL with 4GB of ram and GTX260, on highest at 120-150FPS.

Recently 1 of my RAM died, and now i play with 2GB RAM, on high settings 100FPS
