[SOLVED] Does this asus rog crosshair 8 hero have a faulty capacitor in the am4 socket?

I was just wondering if I needed to order a replacement, there appears to be a small machined hole in the middle of the board, and the capacitor layout is different in pictures that I've see if this motherboard.
