Question Does this Ben q really have gsync?

For some reason it says it has it but in other places it says it doesn’t. Can anyone confirm which one it is

First time I've seen FreeSync and G-Sync mentioned on the same monitor.. probably due to the fact Nvidia now allows FreeSync with their GTX 10 series and up GPUs. It's not exactly G-Sync because G-Sync is proprietary and included a dedicated processing chip inside the monitor. I doubt that monitor has G-Sync, but it could be "G-Sync Compatible" which is the term used by Nvidia to label FreeSync monitors that are compatible with Nvidia GPUs.

Ok thanks. Would you prefer a 240hz with or without gsync?

A good FreeSync monitor will work just as well as a G-Sync monitor, even with a GTX 10 or RTX 20 series Nvidia GPU, which is required if you want to use an Nvidia GPU with a FreeSync monitor.
