Does This Bottleneck?

So I was on Game Debate's Can I Run It and I put in my system specs and it says I have a RAM bottleneck and I need 16gb instead of 8. Is this true?
Specs-
ryzen 5 1500x
Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti G1
GIGABYTE GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI
550 watt power supply

I really don't think 16GB of ram is a necessity for gaming at all. 8GB runs fine, 16GB is just a small bonus.

^ true when you are not multitasking. But if you have multiple apps open in the background, 16gb helps. Your cpu/GPU combo is good for 1080p medium 60fps gaming.
