Does this build can play any Games on ultra settings without lag ? ( 60 FPS + )

Solution

1080p ultra is possible but not at 60 +. also why liqiud cooling? Get an cheaper cooler like the hyper 212 evo or the scythe mugen 3 or 4 pcgh if you want silent cooling. and get a better gpu with the money you save

why such an expensive motherboard? can't you get something cheaper because that seems like way to overkill

The stock intel coller you get with the cpu is crap so i would suggest getting an hyper 212 evo and change the lotherboard to something cheaper and get the gtx 770 or r9-280x

Asus Hero motherboard will be the best in terms of overclocking his cpu and keeping it stable at that clock. You can't compare any similar budget board with Hero in terms of gaming, overclocking and the features it provide. That is simple and elegant motherboard for gamers looking for every bit of performance from rest of the components in their build.

you should better pick Asus Hero with the difference of about $8. If you are not good with motherboards and their features they have to offer you, then ideal pick for you would be Asus Z87-A:

He didn't say he was overclocking or needed to get every last percentage off performance out off his componets.

That was just a suggestion, and if he wasn't overclocking why would he have to pick a unlocked multiplier processor? Anyway, it is up to him what he would finally decide, rather than us. Best we leave to him and let all of us contribute our ideas what we have to offer.

Thats a good idea i hope he now knows what to do.
