Cyber Monday is coming rapidly and I need to finalize my build!

I would like to be able to:
Add 2-Way SLI in the future
Have room for upgrades
Have room for more fans/water cooling later on
Not have to worry about wattage

Is there anything you would change?

That build has little upgrade path.
The AM3+ socket has no upgrade beyond the FX 83xx series processors.
That case is too small to do water cooling.

If you want to have a good upgrade path you should look into an i5 and a Z97 board (i5 4460 or 4690k and the asus Z97-A)
Also a larger case, such as the 450D minimum if you wish to do water cooling.

So can someone build me up an Intel i5 rig and an AMD rig? They both need to be around $850. Please also be thorough, I am getting aggravated that I ask that and never get a good response.

Solution

Thank you for your response! Now, how come you went so low on the processor? For a few more dollars, I can go 4690k and it be unlocked. Please also explain to me why you chose each part.

I chose the 4460 to be closer to the 850 dollar budget, if you are willing to spend the extra the 4690k and a good Z97 board would be preferable, but they do cost more.
Changed the case to a large, high quality one.
Changed the PSU to a cheaper high quality unit from XFX.
Changed the GPU to the ASUS model (Simply like it more than EVGA)

But the EVGA one for $10 more, I can have nearly 100 more MHz.
