Hello everyone,
I would really like to know if this build requires more cooling? Here's a link to the build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zKngGf . Please note that the NZXT S340 Elite comes with 2 fans. I'm thinking about making one intake and the other exhaust (I'm probably going to reposition them, the intake being in the front at the bottom, and the exhaust being the one in the top). I was wondering if I should buy a fan or two extra? And if so, what fans do you recommend. Please take note that I'm going to make it quite budget-friendly, so please, make the fan prices seem reasonable.
Thanks a lot, all answers are appreciated.

Solution
Better use of your money (that MSI aero is drastically noisy under load)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($195.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - X370 KILLER SLI/ac ATX AM4 Motherboard ($110.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Patriot - Viper Elite 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($134.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Toshiba - 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($77.34 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Mini Video Card ($399.89 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT - S340 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($86.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 550W...
Dump the t4 cooler & paste , apart from not being a great deal better than the stock cooler it also mounts the wrong way on an am4 board - fan will be near the GPU exhausting upwards which does not offer a good airflow path.

Get your ram up to 16gb (2x8gb)

Stock fans in the case are fine , just remove the top exhaust & refit it as a middle front intake

Solution

I really do not care about the noise, I have a pair of headphones that have great noise-cancellation (Skullcandy Grind Wireless)
