i'm planning to build this system:
but the weird part is the specification for the MOBO mentions two cables for the cpu at least they are together:
- 1 x 24 pin ATX Power Connector (Hi-Density Power Connector)
- 1 x 8 pin 12V Power Connector (Hi-Density Power Connector)
- 1 x 4 pin 12V Power Connector (Hi-Density Power Connector)
normally x24 pin goes into mobo and x8 into mobo for the CPU... do i need to search for another PSU that has the other x4 cable?

That top left hand corner are 2xEPS connectors, 1x8pin(ATX12V1) + 1x 4pin(ATX12V2). If your board has power input connectors, I'd make sure they are both populated. If you're lacking an additional EPS connector, populate the 8pin(ATX12V1).

Just an FYI, if your PSU is lacking connectors for your components, you either have the wrong PSU for the job or the wrong hardware for the PSU.

then i'll switch to this PSU since it says it has 2 cables for EPS:
