Does This Build Work With The Corsair 250D?

I've looked on PCPartPicker and all looks good, but I just wanna be sure.

I wanted to use the Corsair 250D because I might move and many small spaces where my computer would end up are too small for my gigantic NZXT Phantom 630. Even if I don't end up moving, it's so cute!
-Intel i7 4790K (non-OC, stupid choice to buy it)
-Stock Intel cooler
-ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac
-MSI GTX 960 GAMING 4G 4GB
-Crucial MX200 SSD
-Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB DDR3 1866
-Corsair RM450
-Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Thanks!

So you recommend a different cooler? I have most of these parts all ready from my old computer, except the GPU, mobo and case. I have a Corsair H105 but it doesn't work with the 250D, I've heard. Should I get something compact?

I was just asking about the cooler 'cause I still have the stock Intel heatsink-cooler thingy. I bought it in late May and it's been sitting in the motherboard box ever since. If I use it, should I do the whole thermal-paste-purifier-thing or just do it to the CPU and use the pre-applied thermal paste from the stock cooler?

The stock applied paste is from May. Is it still good?
