The graphics ports will either be on the motherboard or a graphics card installed in a motherboard PCI-e slot.

Just in case I am misunderstanding the question add some explanation regarding the VGA adapter port and your requirements regarding that port.

For example - do you wish to use dual monitors?

Cases don't have VGA adapter ports, that would be on the motherboard and the small metal backplate that comes with the motherboard will have a VGA cutout if the board has one.
