Does this case have PCI-E ports for my gpu

I'm building a computer and I'm wondering if most new cases come with PCI-E ports over just PCI. I plan on getting the Aerocool Strike-X advance white and my gpu is MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB.

Will it work?

Im kind of confused by your question-if you mean will the gtx 970 be compatible with your case the answer is yes

It's not a port on the case. It's a slot in the motherboard and all new boards have PCIe slots for graphics cards. PCI slots are included in some boards for legacy support but are not used much anymore. Whether or not the GTX 970 fits in your case depends on the length of the video card and how much length the case supports.
