Does this case need extra fans?

Solution
Your PC won't just catch fire because of high temps...it will shutdown first.
That case comes with one front intake fan and one rear exhaust fan which is OK
For better air flow, I would add two more intake fans on the front and another exhaust on top.
You might need to get the same type of CORSAIR HD120 RGB 120mm fans to have the same RGB customization.
Looks like that case comes with one fan up front, and one in the back. And you have an air CPU cooler. Should be fine without extra fans.

Extra case fans won't stop a 2080 from catching fire if it wants to :)

You're probably overclocking your CPU/GPU? It certainly wouldn't HURT to have more fans....

I’m not really thinking to overclock, however, can you possibly link me to some good fans (preferably RGB to match my theme) so I can purchase them?

Wow! I like your first build, so the case comes with 2 fans already, one in the back and one in the front. Thats okay, but its recommended that you have good airflow. Check this to help you.
