Does this chip support ecc

I beleave I have a Pentium 4 640 but not 100% all the specks are the same tho. And I couldn't find anything saying it supports ecc ram or not and I couldn't find max ram it could handle in general.

The CPU supports ECC RAM, however you would need a motherboard that supports it, there were many chipsets available and not all of them support ECC.

For Pentium 4 era processors, the memory controller was on the motherboard, not the CPU.
