[SOLVED] Does this come with a backplate? AMD Wraith Spire

I was wondering if this CPU Cooler, AMD Wraith Spire.
Comes with a backplate. my backplate broke and im looking for a cooler that includes a backplate.

If this doesn´t come with backplate, do you have any recommendations that do come with a backplate?
