Recently, I've ordered a ACER KG240A 144hz monitor that only support 144hz on DP but my graphic card only have DVI-D port for it. Trying to find an active adapter and found this cable online, please help me to see if this cable can support 144hz for my monitor. Thank you. (check out the attached link below):

Ty for the reply, seems like it. Is there any cable/ active adapter out there I can buy to solve my problem? To connect DVI-D port from my gtx 750 ti to DP port on the 144hz ACER KG240A monitor?

Yea, I don't think there is any way to do that. DP -> DVI is supported, but not the reverse. Hate to say it, your best bet is to get a graphics card with a DP connection, like the 1050 Ti.

There are some Single-Link DVI to DisplayPort active adapters, but none for Dual-Link which is required for >60 Hz at 1080p.

I tried an active DVI to DP adapter and my monitor, a Dell S2716DG, doesn't display anything, but my old Asus VE278Q will with the same adapter. I returned the adapter. Going to try one more then give up. Its not critical since its a secondary rig, but its frustrating that I'll have to use two different monitors.
