my GT 520 graphics card just packed up and I wanted a replacement. Not sure how it all works but will a GTX 970 fit on my Asus A68HM-K motherboard? I am planning on replacing the case for more fans anyway so that's not an issue.

As long as your motherboard has a full length PCI slot then you are good to go. So yes it will work fine, make sure PSU can handle it though

Thank you for the fast response, how can I check if my PSU can handle it? I had the PC made for me so I have absolutely no idea what it is 🙁

It definitely will but its not worth it.. If I were in your place, I'd look to upgrading to atleast an i3-6100.. But if u just want to know whether it will fit, it definitely will..

But just as Kevern_11 said, make sure you have an adequate PSU with enough Amps/wattage..

No way that will work, you need atleast a 550 watt PSU for a 970, gotta upgrade that first
