You don’t need 32gb RAM for gaming, you could drop to 16gb. You could also drop to a 9700k with negligible impact. This might be enough of a saving to get a 2080Ti which is a big step up if your monitor can utilise it.

Also the H100i is not strong enough for a 9900k. That cpu is hot. Look at the H150i Pro just make sure it fits your case choice.
