Does this GPU need Power Connector?

I am gonna buy a Gigabyte GT 1030 OC Edition.

Does this need a PCIe cable to be connected to PSU?

Btw, i don't have a pcie cable in my PSU, what to do?

Gt 1030 is a low power card. All it needs is a pci e power. Even some gtx 1050's doesn't need the power connectors. Hope that I helped.
