Does this GTX960 look repairable

It's on online auction for sell for pennies. I'm interested in buying it but im not sure if it's even repairable. Any opinions and hints?

Most probably not. Bad burn marks but that may mean much more is damaged, my be even at opposite side of PCB.

I wouldn't count on it being repairable.
Cooling solution might be reusable though.

Probably not unless you are very good with a soldering iron.

Its repairable, but the thing is, finding exact replacement its hard thing,
second desoldering burned thing, it might be only chip but it might get stuck and rip off whole tracers as you desolder it (this is in some very bad cases).
I've worked on micro usb soldering on android phone and i can say its a bit tricky but as you get used to it its possible.
As for bit bigger parts soldering its easy.
