Does this Hackintosh work?

Hi, I am new to building a hackintosh pc and wanted to build one for my parents. My budget is around 500 dollars and I wanted to switch out my current case with a new one so please ignore the case in the build. I would appreciate any advice or options to make this build better. Also any compatibility issues would also be helpful 😀
