Does this have overclocking potential

So after building I realized I hadn't been structuring my build around over clocking. So I was wondering if this build, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Amosch/saved/1XAD could be oc-ed effectively.

Get the Samsung 840 instead and get the LP version of the RAM (The fins block the CPU cooler) and you should be good.

Every aspect of that build could be OC'd quite nicely. Good part choice too, everything looks very nicely balanced. The fins on the RAM will cut it a little close, but you should be fine. The 830 has a bit better value than the 840, especially since there is no noticeable real world performance difference between the two.
