Does this light on my breaker indicate an issue?

Hopefully this is an appropriate place for this question. A breaker tripped this morning for under no unusual load. When we flipped it back on, the light circled below turned on for 5 seconds before turning off. Is that normal when turning on a breaker or does it indicate an issue. It's near the "ARC FAULT" box, so my main concern is that this indicates arcing. Thanks!

PDF page 4 shows the meaning of the LEDs
That LED on indicates an ARC fault. Here is a definition of an arc fault -- https://www.afcisafety.org/afci/what-is-afci/
You may have an electrical problem on that circuit.

Awesome! That helps a lot. Unfortunately or fortunately, I can't reproduce the issue, which makes it a bit tricky to narrow down the issue using the flowchart in the guide.
