Hello, this will be my first time pc build, as I am in need of a pc,was going to buy a prebuilt, but I figured it would be a good learning experience. I want one that can play games like CS:GO..as long as it can play most games on med to high as I am willing to sacrifice graphics over performance. This pc will be also used for other things, not just gaming. 700$ is my budget including an OS. Been doing countless hours of research and this is what i have come up with.

Well, not just any Antec psu, but the one I linked is made by Seasonic, who is arguably the best PSU maker on the market. This particular model comes with all Japanese capacitors. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/HCG-620M/10.html

And is rated as a Tier 2 product on Tom's unofficial PSU Tier. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

The Corsair CX you posted has, in my experience, a reputation for being sub-par. While it does fall into Tier 3 in the above list, their decision to use Taiwanese capacitors and under-sized Japanese caps is questionable. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Corsair/CX600M/11.html
