Hi, I have no experience in building computers but I have came up with a list of parts after some searching about that I think might be ok for a computer to play most games decently. I am just posting this here so hopefully an expert can run their eyes over my list and tell me if I'm getting anything that is not required or that is just not good for what I want.
This is the list of components:
• AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core and ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard
• GeForce GTX650 graphics card
• G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 Dual Kit
• WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue
• Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit
• Samsung 24x Retail SATA DVD Writer
This including the case totals to about £400 and this is my budget. Could someone please run their eyes over this and let me know if all these parts will work together well and maybe advise me on different components that are more effective for that price range.
Thanks!
