This is very good , only thing I'd do is replace that CX-600 With an EVGA or XFX 650 W PSU

Are u going to overclock u'er processor? if no than buy a non k version but if u'er planning to do the overclock it's a great processor for gaming and video editing!

I'd change out the PSU, maybe SeaSonic 620 and $5 less

Would also lose the mobo, I won't build on MSI due to their poor QC, may look at the Rocks Z97 Killer or the Asus Z97-A
