Does this look repairable

I was just wondering if any one you guys thought that this would be repairable. This is the DC jack board and a section of the mother board right where the DC board connects to the motherboard.

This is the top of the MOBO

This one is the DC board, mostly the connection to the Motherboard though

This one is of the back of the mother board

Any help that you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated it

It looks repairable, but you'd need really good quality solder and a low watt soldering gun. The one where the DC board and connecting to the mobo is the difficult one because of the socket. But with a socket placer/puller it ought to work.

Any idea if that is something that someone who has done a little soldering here and there could do or should I just go and find someone to repair it. If the latter of the two any idea how much this will run me?

The last one you could do yourself, they're well spaced and can be done. But the firt pic will need the proper tools and so will the second one. IMO you need to take it to a repair shop and get them to do it for you. And preferably in front of you.

By you? If you need to ask that question, the answer is no.

Surface mount soldering requires special tools, techniques, and skill and experience. I would tackle a job like that for me, but not for someone else. And I have been doing conventional soldering for about 50 years.
