Does this mean delete all memory?

I have been reading over the clean installation of windows guide and get everything but this step:

People say this is the most important step so I do not want to mess it up. I only have one HDD and it is 1 tb (I have no other storage device in my computer such as an ssd).So I am guessing that there is going to be one option on this screen like shown in the screenshot. What do I do here? Do I have to delete everything or something?Thanks.

Ok I I don't need to backup anything as I don't have any I want to keep or anything that is important. So If there is 1 Drive in there and I delete it will It come back as a drive with nothing on it?
