Does this mobo have integrated video/graphics?

The motherboard supports the iGPU that comes in the CPU that you buy (assuming the CPU has one, which most of them do). And yes you can add a dedicated GPU to the Mobo at a later time if you like.

A mobo supports integrated graphics, the cpu is what has or doesn't have integrated graphics.

Yes that CPU comes with an iGPU: INTEGRATED GRAPHICS - Intel HD Graphics 4600, so it should do fine for all of your desktop needs. It can run most games (newer games will be hit an miss), but you will more than likely need to turn the settings down to play them at decent frame rates.

Also the Mobo should support this CPU out of the box, so there won't need to be any BIOS update to get the Mobo to recognize the CPU installed (F9 BIOS version Link here to CPU support list ).

No, integrated graphics are usually gaming hell. I'm going to get a GPU around christmas. This should tide me over until then.

AAA titles are hit and miss on what resolution and detail settings are needed to play the particular game, i.e. 720p settings at Low settings or something like that.

I bought my PC in pieces, and before I got the graphics card, I had the computer built and running with integrated graphics (i7 4790k with 4600 hd graphics) I was actually pretty impressed with how well it performs. Without overclocking, I could play dragon age inquistion on a mix of medium/low settings on 1080p very well. Arma 2 and Dayz I could run a mix of mostly medium and some high settings, comfortably, and in 1080p as well. To be fair, I could NOT play Witcher 2 in 1080p even on lowest settings. The integrated graphics aren't as bad as people make them out to be...Not saying a dedicated graphics card isn't significantly better and isn't worth the investment, just pointing out that integrated graphics aren't all horrible, especially the 4600. (My system was also using 2x8gb [16gb total] at 1600, and that can also affect performance while using integrated graphics. Also, all of the games were installed onto a SSD.)

This is usually true, yet I was surprised at just what the HD 4600 could do. After putting my current build together I had to wait a couple of weeks before my GPU came, so used the integrated graphics for some older games I had. I played games like Half life 2 (plus the two episodes), counter strike go, even GTA 4. On some of the games I had to turn the graphics down a bit, but it did a better job than I expected.

Good to hear some details on the iGPU 4600, because I don't own one. I know they aren't too bad, so I was trying to depict that in my comments. I didn't want any high expectations given out, when I don't know for sure how well the iGPU 4600 would perform. It is better to low ball the expectations a little and be pleasantly surprised.
