Question Does this MOBO suffice for 3700X!!

The cheapest X570 i can find in my region is the ASRock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 for 14K INR which is priced approximately 20 dollars higher than the B450 Pro Carbon AC in my region and seems to have Intel LAN with decent Audio S1220 when compared to other budget x570 motherboards, i heard the VRM is very bad but can it handle 3700x without any problems??

Considering the next x570 entry level motherboards from other brands starts from 15.5K INR and giving Realtek LAN and lower end Audio for much higher price. So not really worth it, the Gigabyte Elite mobo costs 18.5K INR which is 260 dollars approx just mentioning this for comparison.

Ryzen processors cannot be overclocked like Intel but can it handle the PBO+Auto OC at the very least?

Just trying to justify the price of B450 Carbon AC with ASrock x570 Gaming 4. Is the VRM of Asrock poor than MSI Carbon??

All depends on your needs, personally you will be fine with any of those, but if you need better audio it's a different story.
