[SOLVED] Does this MOBO support ryzen 3rd gen out of the box?

Hello, i'm going to pair this b450m (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XPZMKQ6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1 ) with ryzen 3600

they wrote it supports 3rd gen but does that mean that i have to use the flash back bios button to install the latest bios or it ships already with 3rd gen compatibility?

the MAX support 3000 series right out the box.
still want to update to the latest

As stated, ALL of the MAX variants of MSI B450 boards ship with updated BIOS to support 3rd gen.

However, while that board is totally fine, the Tomahawk MAX is probably the best board you can get for the price. It's only $15 more than the one you linked above.

However, it's currently not in stock, but if you aren't pressed for time to buy your components right this minute, and can wait just a little bit, you can buy it here

Otherwise, if you can perhaps find it lying around somewhere else for that price then get it.
It's also available at some Best Buy locations so you can check the website to find out if it's available near you.

If you live near a Micro Center, can check their website for it as well.
The one near me is currently sold out of it as well, but I'm sure they'll get some more stock soon enough.

Otherwise, if you're looking to buy right now, then the one you linked is totally fine and for that $99 price tag and as the site says will be available in a few days.
