I am looking for a monitor that is:


cheap
24 inch
IPS panel
1440p
60 hz
not very high response time
have Display port
can tilt vertically
Black and have a circular base.. Yes!!
it should match my other monitor


I was going to get the same monitor (VG248QE) but I did not like it so I want another one.

This is the only IPS 24" 1440p monitor I found. Depending on your situation, though, you could use a displayport adapter.

Thank you, this is actually available in my country and does not need global shipping
but is there a difference between HDMI and DP at 60hz?
